What is Ledvaro?
Ledvaro is a cloud-based operations platform for service companies. It holds your customers, your jobs, your staff and the documents your staff need, and connects them so that planning work and keeping people compliant happen in the same system. It is built for companies whose work is organized as jobs at customer sites.
Who is Ledvaro for?
Service companies that send people out to customers. It suits you if work is planned as jobs for named customers, if scheduling people is a real coordination problem, and if your staff hold certificates, licences or permits with expiry dates. It was built with an industrial services company, and that is the kind of operation it fits best.
How does Ledvaro work?
You create an organization, add your customers and staff — by hand or by importing a CSV — and then plan jobs against those customers. Assigning people to a job is where the parts connect: Ledvaro warns you if someone is already booked elsewhere, and tells you when a document they need is about to expire. Your team is invited with a role that decides how much they see.
How do I get started?
Create an account with your company name at app.ledvaro.com. Your organization is created and you become its owner. There is no implementation project — the practical first steps are adding a couple of real customers, a few staff members, and planning one real job, which is enough to tell whether the platform fits.
Is Ledvaro suitable for smaller companies?
Yes. A small team gets the same core modules, and because optional modules are off unless you enable them, the platform does not present you with parts you do not use. Custom fields mean you can record what matters to you without needing anything built.
Is Ledvaro suitable for larger companies?
Yes. Roles separate what planners, supervisors and staff can reach, add-on modules extend the platform where it is needed, and each organization is fully isolated from every other one. The platform is developed together with a company running work at scale, so those requirements are part of how it is built.
Can the platform be expanded?
That is what the modular design is for. Five modules are always on; Travel and Invoicing are enabled per organization under Settings. A module that is switched off is hidden from the menu for everyone and closed off in the backend — it is not simply invisible. New modules are added the same way, alongside what already exists.
Is our data separated from other customers?
Yes. Every organization is its own tenant and every record belongs to exactly one organization. The scoping is applied in the database query layer, so a request for a record belonging to another organization returns nothing rather than someone else's data. Ledvaro does not share information between organizations.
Can staff be given limited access?
Yes. There are five roles. Owners, administrators and planners work across the whole organization. Supervisors and staff see the jobs their own record is assigned to, and nothing else — although an organization can choose to show its staff the full schedule if that suits how it works.
Can we bring our existing spreadsheets in?
Yes, for customers, employees and jobs. Export a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets with a heading row, and Ledvaro suggests how each column should map, showing an example value from your file so you can check before importing. When importing jobs, customers that do not yet exist are created automatically.
Does Ledvaro work with Google Calendar?
Planned jobs can be pushed into a user's own Google Calendar. It is one-way and opt-in: each person connects their own account, Ledvaro creates a dedicated calendar for it, and we never read anyone's private events. Each person sees only the jobs their role gives them access to.
What languages is Ledvaro available in?
English, Swedish and Danish. Each user picks their own language in the application, so people in the same organization can work in different languages.
What does Beta mean on the invoicing module?
The invoicing module is in beta, and the product says so on the pages where the work happens. It is in use and being actively developed, but it is newer than the core modules and we would rather be clear about that than let you find out later.
How does support work?
Write to us and a person answers. Inside an organization, the owner and administrators manage users, roles and which modules are enabled, so day-to-day access questions are usually fastest through them. Guides for the common tasks are on this site.
How can I contact Ledvaro?
By email, at info@ledvaro.com. That address covers questions about the platform, pricing, the terms, and data protection requests.
