Turn add-on modules on and off

Enable Travel or Invoicing for your organization, and understand what happens when a module is off.

Steps

Open Settings → Modules
Only owners and administrators can change which modules are enabled.
Switch a module on
Turning on Travel adds a Travel page and a travel section on each job. Turning on Invoicing adds Quotes, Invoices and a Billing settings page.
Know what off means
A module that is off is hidden from the menu for everyone in the organization and closed off in the backend. It is not merely hidden from view.
Turning one off again
Everything belonging to it disappears from the interface — the page, the menu item and the section on each job.

Invoicing is in beta and carries a Beta badge in the product. It is in daily use and actively developed, but it is newer than the core modules.
